Kampala deliveries are typically completed within 6 to 40 hours. Upcountry deliveries usually take 1 to 2 business days after handover to the bus company. Exact estimates are provided at checkout.

For upcountry orders, payment is only required after we send you a video confirmation that your product has been safely handed over to the bus company for transport. You pay only when you see your item ready for dispatch!

For customers outside Kampala, we partner with trusted bus companies. Your order will be delivered to a bus station, and you'll collect it there. The bus company determines the delivery fee, which we'll confirm with you beforehand.
